Kickstart your day with FREE Yoga, massages and coffee! Every Friday morning from 7am till 8am, Friday 7th October to Friday 9th December
Thanks to funding from Warners Bay Village, the Lake Macquarie & Newcastle Suicide Prevention Network have gathered together our supporting partners Genesis Fitness, Focus Point Remedial and Harmony Beans to provide you with an energizing way to start your day! Community Kickstart is the ideal way to enhance your wellbeing, connect with others and enjoy the outdoors.
You can register to attend 1 session or the whole 10!
There are 50 FREE Coffees or Juice to give away each morning.
FREE 5 minute massages are available (consent and waver to be signed on site)
Information, and a supportive conversation are also available from our volunteer staff!
