8 Week Mindfulness and Positive Psychology-based Education Program for children 8-12 years.
This is an intensive program; therefore, numbers are capped at 6 x attendees to ensure each child has access to additional support.
The program empowers children to learn and utilise a range of practical strategies to understand emotions, lessen anxiety, increase resilience, and develop emotional intelligence.
The program has been approved through the Department of Education Wellbeing Directory.
In addition to being endorsed by Meditation Australia and Beyond Blue (‘Be You’ programs).
