Back for 2024, we are partnering with Genesis Health and Fitness, Harmony Beans and Focus Point Remedial to give your Fridays a Kickstart!
Every Friday morning from 9th Feb through to 8th March you can join in on FREE Morning Yoga from 7:30am to 8:30am (Open to 8yrs + with a parent/carer), grab a FREE Coffee or Juice from Harmony Beans and relax with a FREE 5 minute massage from Focus Point Remedial.
Our Volunteers will also be on hand to provide giveaways, information and a sound ear to help you connect to local services and supports to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
